Annual maintenance and maintenance of smart water jet

The Spring Festival holiday is coming, in order to make the smart water knife can be better used after the festival, it is suggested that customers refer to the maintenance manual to maintain the smart water knife, carry out annual inspection and maintenance.

Annual inspection includes: booster pump part, precision table part and electronic control part.

Part of the booster pump test has the following points:

1. Check whether there is oil leakage in the high-pressure pump part; otherwise, repair or replace it.

2. Check whether the hydraulic oil in the tank is sufficient and clean; otherwise, add or replace it.

3. Check whether there is water leakage in the high-pressure pump part; otherwise, repair or replace it.

4. Remove scale and oil accumulation in the tank on both sides to prevent rust.

5. Excess water should be released from the accumulator to prevent damage to the seals caused by too long downtime.

6. Check whether there is leakage in all joints of the high-pressure pipeline, including rotating joints. If so, repair or replace them.

Ii. Partial detection of precision worktable includes the following points:

1. Check whether the connection of ball screw and its nuts, rollers, rack and synchronous belt wheels is firm or not; otherwise, it should be tightened.

2. Clean the screw rod, guide rail, roller and rack (with gasoline or diesel), and then add lubricating grease.

3. Check whether the dustproof device of X, Y and Z axis is damaged or the connection is loose, and clean and maintain it to prevent sand and dust from mixing and accumulating and damaging the rotating part of the machine.

4. Remove frosted and processed powder and residues deposited in the tank.

5. Check whether all the screws on the machine are fastened.

Three, the electronic control part of the test has the following points:

1. Clear the processing data files not used in the hard disk of the host computer to prevent insufficient hard disk space and virus infection.

2. Unload the main engine to clean up the accumulated dust inside to prevent the service life of the internal parts from being affected.

3. Unload the buffer card to clean up the accumulated dust inside to prevent the service life of the internal parts from being affected.
