Very loud impact sound when switching directions

The water inlet pressure of intensifier cylinder is too low---- Confirm that the water inlet pressure meets the minimum requirement, usually 0.4MPa;   2. Old water inlet filter element may cause blockage---- Replace the filter element of the filter system, and make sure to use the filter element of the same specification.

Inlet passage of intensifier cylinder is blocked by impurities or rust---- Check the filter water inlet passage; Remove the end cover; Check and remove any foreign impurities blocking the passage; Inspect the check valve.

Check valve poppet is jam easily----remove the end cover. Inspect check valve poppet washer and reinstall.

The flow of the reversing oil circuit of the electro-hydraulic reversing valve is too large----Increase the damping, or replace and use the electro-hydraulic reversing valve which can cut off the reversing oil circuit in advance.
