The two sides of the intensifier change direction unevenly. One side changes direction faster than the other

One side of the check valve has leakage---- The valve poppet and valve seat can be removed and polished. If necessary, replace the valve poppet and valve seat and reinstall the check valve. It is recommended to maintain or replace all the check valve components at the same time. 

Foreign impurities enter between check valve poppet and valve seat.---- Remove the end cover. Remove the pollution source to avoid reoccurrence of the problem. Inspect the check valve carefully and remove any foreign impurities, and if necessary, maintain the check valve again, by cleaning all parts and reassemble them.

Worn or bent reversing drive cable or related parts (mechanical reversing)----Remove reversing drive cable.Install spare parts and check again.Replace any worn parts.

The separation of high-pressure plunger and oil pressure piston----It will also reduce the pressure and flow of water, so as to avoid serious damage to the intensifier caused by continuous operation under this condition. Remove the oil pressure cylinder and piston, and replace the damaged parts.

Outlet check valve poppet is installed in the wrong direction----Disassemble the outlet check valve body. Remove the check valve poppet, and reinstall it in the correct direction.
