Frequent damage of high-pressure water seal causes leakage of high-pressure cutting water

There is too much space between the sealing ring and the high-pressure plunger---- Remove the high-pressure water cylinder and replace all high-pressure water sealing rings. Carefully inspect the high-pressure plunger. If its diameter is less than the specified value or the surface is too rough, replace the plunger.

Scratches on the high pressure plunger---- Inspect and replace the plunger as required.

High pressure water cylinder is seriously worn ----Inspect the wear carefully, especially at the end. If the inner diameter is larger than the specified value, replace it. If there is dent or wear in the range of sealing ring, replace the high pressure water cylinder.

Contaminated water----Test water samples. Check filtration system.
