The solution

Titanium alloy processing with traditional machining methods tends to have the problem of material sticking to the cutting tool. This material is more suitable for waterjet cutting. Machining of odd-shaped titanium alloy parts is more suitable for five axis waterjet cutting. with the cutting precision usually within 0.1mm. Five-axis waterjet cutting is also suitable for processing thick plate odd-shaped parts, such as locomotive special gear.
