Universal tilting head

The universal tilting head of Lionstek adopts the principle of universal joint, where a horizontal axis and an inclined axis intersect at the jet entry point. Tilting motion during cutting does not cause jets to deviate from the cutting path. Similar to a universal joint this universal tilting head design avoids the problem of pipeline entanglement. At the same time, it offers a high tilting angle resolution (0.01 °) and a large tilting angle range (± 45 °). It is suitable for taper compensation as well as for beveled cutting.
