Functional description

The metering port of the valve is used to control the abrasive flow rate. The valve spool made of elastic material is driven by an air cylinder to open or close the valve. Abrasive flows through the metering port, an air inlet block, and a flexible hose and is then sucked into the nozzle. The air inlet block provides an inlet for the air flow needed for the abrasive transportation, and also a drainage outlet for the backwater from the nozzle.
