Smart waterjet machines made by Lionstek have advanced precision five-axis motion systems, and are equipped with intelligent CNC control system that solves the problems in traditional waterjet cutting such as taper, and geometrical errors caused by jet flicking at corners and small arcs as well as at the lead in/out spots, etc. The software integrates CAD, CAM and CNC modules together into a single interface, which greatly simplifies the operation and reduces the requirements of operator skills. Because cutting models and advanced algorithms are used, programming becomes very easy. Users only need to provide an e-drawing of the part, select a material from a list, and enter the material thickness. The smart software will take care of the rest of the programming. The costly trials-and-errors for a new cutting job can be skipped. A new user can learn the software and start cutting parts on his first day of work. Job data of the cutting time, the amount of abrasive usage, the total length of cutting path, material size, and all other process parameters are readily available for job quotation, production planning, and job report.

Lionstek Smart Waterjets A Series (Five Axis)

A series: This is a high-end high-precision series. With a high-end configuration and a high precision grade, equipped with folding high-pressure pipe lines, optional with three-axis or five-axis cutting head;

Features: imported high pressure swivel connection, high motion accuracy, longer service life of high-pressure pipe lines, saving space;

B series: This is a high price/performance ratio series. With a relatively high precision grade and aneconomic configuration, equipped with cable drag chains and whip-styled high pressure piping, optional with three-axis or five-axis cutting head;

Features: Whip-styled high-pressure pipe lines; relatively high motion accuracy; high price/performance ratio;

C series: This is a low-to-medium price series. Equipped with three-axis cutting head, with higher cutting quality for the same price compared to products from competition;

Features: Whip-styled high-pressure pipe lines, with a low price and a medium level configuration;

D series: This is a custom made series. With a high-end configuration and a high precision grade, customized design;
